Manager, Test Development

We are currently looking for a Manager, with expertise in math content and test development, to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a key member of the team, serving as a thought principal in the development of new and innovative approaches to all types and stages of assessment. Job Responsibilities: May manage a team of Test Developers and Item Writers. Contributes to and executes a complex plan or solution that is vetted by Test Development leadership. Manages client and stakeholder expectations effectively and ensures all client and collaborator requests are resolved in a thorough and timely manner. Identifies risks to scope, schedule, and budget, escalating and monitoring resolution of risks. Identifies and escalates complex department-wide issues, seeking and offering solutions. Works collaboratively across divisions, as needed. Contributes to content test development across all projects as a senior-level reviewer, as needed. Presents in TAC meetings as a content specialist and may present to senior leadership of the division and company.
