Senior Strategic Sourcing Specialist (Remote, CA)

Position Overview We are looking for a Senior Strategic Sourcing Specialist to join our Advanced Technologies team and play a key role in strengthening strategic procurement across Calian . This newly created position will lead complex sourcing initiatives, supplier negotiations, and commercial contracting activities while partnering closely with engineering, project management, and other business teams. As a trusted strategic advisor, you will help optimize costs, mitigate supply chain risks, strengthen supplier relationships, and drive procurement improvements across the organization. Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic sourcing and category management strategies that align with business objectives and optimize costs. Lead competitive sourcing activities, including RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs, from requirements gathering through supplier selection and contract award. Negotiate and manage complex commercial agreements, including Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), and subcontracts. Collaborate with engineering, project management, operations, and other stakeholders to support sourcing requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
