Mergers & Acquisitions Analyst (Remote, CA)

Position Overview We are looking for a Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Analyst to join Calian ’s Mergers and Acquisitions team. In this role, you will support the execution of M&A activities by conducting due diligence, building financial models, preparing reports, supporting transaction execution, and contributing to integration planning. You will also research markets, assess acquisition opportunities, and present findings and recommendations to the M&A team, executive team, and business leaders.
