Operating from the design phase to refinement, their main focus is ensuring that the system architecture is scalable, resilient, and aligned with business and technology goals. This professional is the technical reference who balances innovation with sustainability, influencing the technological future of the teams while leading day-to-day team execution. Technical leadership and execution: Defines the technical vision of products; leads cross-team initiatives as well as structural evolutions. Designs and defines complex systems architecture, considering scalability, security, and fault tolerance. Evaluates and proposes the use of new technologies, justifying their adoption with cost-benefit and impact analyses.
