Application Production Support

Overview: The leading bank in the European Union and a leading international player is seeking an Application Production Support responsible for ensuring the continuity, stability and performance of the client’s production applications. Acting as a key interface between Business, Development and Infrastructure teams, the consultant will provide technical and functional support, manage incidents, requests and changes, monitor production environments and contribute to continuous service improvement initiatives. The role is part of Application Management and supports digital transformation initiatives through the adoption of modern technologies, Automation, Monitoring, DevOps and ITIL best practices.
