Sr Director Business Services

Job Description: The Head of Field Sales, Business Services will report to the SVP, Business Services, and provide sales leadership for all field sales functions including small to medium business, enterprise, and alternate channels. The Head of Field Sales, Business Services partners internally with other key operating leaders and executives to develop strategy and optimize business performance and provide leadership development for the sales teams. What you will do to contribute to the company's success: Collaborates in the development, communication, and execution of the business sales strategy by performing analyses and evaluating trends. Provides customer, business, and industry insight to influence strategic decision making and drive consensus around development and execution of potential opportunities. Leverages all corporate resources, services and product offering to increase share and maximize Sales effectiveness. Consults across Sales leadership and with key Marketing, Product and other leaders to craft, align and execute on development strategies. Contributes data-driven insights and expert judgement to develop and recommend sales targets, performance quotas and related metrics and indicators of success. Monitors competition and industry for trends, challenges and opportunities, developing strategies to head off potential issues and ensure these are included in Business Services strategy and tactic development.
