Task Manager / Contract Manager

**CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD** Overview: Job Title: Task Manager / Contract Manager Security Clearance: Secret or Higher Location : Contract-wide (Due to the nature of the work and contract requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required. ) Description: C3EL is seeking a Task Manager / Contract Manager to lead the contract team and coordinate day-to-day performance across the CONUS, Pacific, and Europe regions. The position provides leadership, contract oversight, customer coordination, and management support to ensure the team meets technical, schedule, quality, staffing, and reporting requirements. Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: Serve as the primary management point of contact for the Government, contract leadership, regional Senior Network Engineers, and supporting team members. Plan, organize, direct, and monitor contract activities to ensure work is completed in accordance with the contract, task orders, applicable policies, and established performance standards. Coordinate the work of the CONUS, Pacific, and Europe teams, including priorities, schedules, dependencies, travel, surge support, and cross-regional technical escalations. Provide leadership and administrative oversight to contract personnel while supporting clear accountability, collaboration, and timely issue resolution.
