Founder in Residence

Role Overview C10 Labs is seeking Founders in Residence (FIRs) to build the next generation of AI-driven healthtech, biotech, and deeptech companies in Cambridge/Boston. As a Founder in Residence, you will work directly with the C10 Labs team to: Identify and validate high-impact problems in healthcare, biology, and scientific systems Develop and test new venture concepts leveraging AI, data, and emerging technologies Rapidly prototype solutions with access to technical, clinical, and research partners Launch and scale a new company from zero to venture-backed This is a build-track role designed for individuals who want to found a company but benefit from the infrastructure, capital, and ecosystem of a venture studio at day zero.
