CRM & Zoho Empowerment Manager (M/F)

Business Evasion, a player specialized in the BtoB sector, is looking for a CRM & Zoho Empowerment Manager passionate about process management and automation. You will be responsible for structuring, configuring, and optimizing Zoho for Business Evasion and its clients, while training internal and external teams to guarantee complete autonomy in the use of Zoho tools. Main Missions: Configure and optimize the Zoho ecosystem to improve internal and client processes. Automate business workflows to improve productivity and communication. Train internal teams and clients to ensure their autonomy with Zoho. Create educational resources tailored to users (guides, videos, documented processes). Provide support and monitoring for teams and clients for seamless integration. Profile: Experience and Training: Background in project management, IT, or information systems administration. Confirmed experience in advanced usage and customization of Zoho. Experience in training and support, ideally with teams or executives. Experience in business process optimization and automation. Technical Skills: Advanced mastery of Zoho tools (Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Projects, etc.). Experience in user training and support. Excellent ability to simplify and structure information. A plus: experience in creation.
