Your mission As an appointment scheduling phone agent, you will play a key role in this B2B development strategy. Your main responsibilities include: Contacting identified prospects (businesses and national movers) to present Magellan Transit's services. Identifying prospects' specific needs and convincing them of the added value of the company's international expertise. Scheduling qualified appointments. Ensuring call follow-up within CRM tools.
