We are recruiting a remote Project Owner (Maître d'ouvrage) for a construction company specialized in the building and public works (BTP) sector. Main missions: Management of construction projects: Ensure monitoring and successful completion of projects from A to Z (from quote creation to the end of the site). Quote management and pricing: Supervise the preparation of quotes in conjunction with architects and analyze the financial needs of projects. Stakeholder coordination: Collaborate with architects, project managers (maîtres d'œuvre), and companies to ensure compliance with deadlines, budget, and expected quality. Implementation of optimized processes: Structure and streamline existing procedures for better project monitoring. Administrative and budget tracking: Monitor costs, validate progress reports, and ensure work compliance. Implementation of tracking tools: Create dashboards and tools allowing optimal monitoring of project stages and stakeholders.
