Strategic Project Manager

Business Evasion supports business leaders in structuring and optimizing their organization. We are looking for a Strategic Project Manager capable of taking on a central role in client relationship management, strategic steering, and operational coordination of missions. Main responsibilities: Be the main point of contact for clients throughout their support journey. Coordinate interventions from internal experts and service providers. Translate strategic objectives into concrete action plans. Monitor the quality of deliverables and adjust as necessary. Optimize the overall performance of the supported companies. Profile - Experience and Education: Minimum 3 years of experience in supporting executives, business structuring consulting, or project management in an entrepreneurial environment or consulting firm. Bachelor's to Master's degree in management, business, or equivalent. Technical skills: Mastery of collaborative tools: Notion, Slack, CRM, automation, Excel, etc. Excellent multi-project coordination, strong business culture and tool proficiency. Personal qualities: Leadership without hierarchical authority. Listening skills, pedagogy, clear and calm posture. Excellent ability to work autonomously.
