IT Sourcing Officer

About the position: As part of the strengthening of its recruitment department, a company specializing in digital transformation consulting and cybersecurity is looking for a freelance remote IT Sourcing Officer. This position aims to identify and qualify the most relevant IT talents to meet the needs of the company's clients and partners. Main missions: Develop and implement an effective sourcing strategy based on client and partner needs (software publishers, ESN, consulting firms, independent consultants). Analyze and understand operational managers' expectations and translate them into sourcing actions. Identify, approach, and qualify IT profiles through various channels (job boards, social networks, employee referrals, internal databases). Conduct pre-qualification interviews and support managers in the recruitment process. Ensure active monitoring of market trends and new recruitment technologies. Develop and maintain a network of qualified talent and specialized partners. Identify and prepare technical and commercial proposals in response to calls for tender. Ensure regular reporting of sourcing activity and performance. Manage the payroll of recruited employees, ensuring rigorous monitoring of variable elements. Process administrative requests from employees, including leave management and other HR requests.
