Principal Analyst, IT - Business Systems Analyst (OTC)

PURPOSE The Principal Analyst, IT - Business Systems Analysis serves as the senior functional and technology advisor for the Order-to-Cash capabilities supporting install services, customer billing, rebates, and multifamily contract management. The role leads analysis and solution direction for complex, cross-functional processes spanning all areas of Order to Cash (OTC). Working across business, product, engineering, architecture, finance, implementation partners, and third-party providers, this role translates strategic business needs into scalable process and system solutions. The position establishes standards, resolves complex process and integration issues, influences roadmaps and investment decisions, and guides other analysts while promoting consistent, controlled, and supportable solutions across BFS.
