Automation Developer

About the area: The Automation area plays an important role within the Operations team at BTG, enabling the scalability of new and existing businesses through modern and disruptive automation solutions, generating data that assists in area management and provides input for managerial decision-making. Our team is divided into two areas: Discovery – which is responsible for identifying, specifying, and prioritizing solutions, as well as acting as an intermediary between requesters and the development team; Prototype/Development – which is responsible for estimating the effort to build a solution and evaluating technical feasibility using modern programming languages and technological tools, both from the market and developed internally by the team. Lastly, we have a dedicated Data & AI team working on the development of machine learning models, intelligent agent applications, exploratory analysis, and analytical deliveries. You will work closely with business areas to understand needs, propose data-driven solutions, and transform demands into high-impact analytical products. In short, the objective of the area is to develop and improve processes, bringing high scalability, efficiency, and operational leverage to the bank. In your daily routine: Develop complete applications using Python, Artificial Intelligence, React, Database Architecture, and AWS; Design, implement, and maintain automation solutions.
