This role serves as a key partner to Employee Benefits leadership and local offices, helping to operationalize regional priorities and deliver high-impact solutions across client engagements. The Director ensures consistent, high-quality consulting delivery across all market segments by aligning resources, guiding engagement teams, and supporting strategic initiatives while contributing insights that inform broader strategy and growth.
