Benefits Implementation Specialist

Brown & Brown is seeking an Implementation Specialist to join our National Employee Benefits Technology (EBTech) team. In this role, you’ll help bring employee benefits technology solutions to life for our customers and their employees. You’ll manage key aspects of the implementation process, including system configuration, testing, troubleshooting, client training, and ongoing support. The ideal candidate is technically savvy, highly organized, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage deadlines while providing an exceptional client experience. You’ll work directly with clients while collaborating closely with internal teammates, vendors, and carriers to deliver accurate, effective technology solutions. How You Will Contribute Configure and maintain client benefit enrollment websites using third-party software platforms. Manage low-to-moderate complexity implementations from initial configuration through testing and delivery. Analyze client needs and translate requirements into effective system configurations. Conduct quality assurance testing and audits to ensure configurations function accurately and meet client requirements. Troubleshoot system and configuration issues, perform root cause analysis, and develop effective solutions. Serve as a knowledgeable resource during client meetings and implementation discussions. Provid
