We are Bring IT ! About the Role We are seeking a Senior NetSuite Consultant to join our Managed Services team and serve as a trusted advisor to our growing portfolio of NetSuite customers. This role is ideal for a highly experienced consultant who thrives on solving complex problems, optimizing system usage, and delivering continuous value across multiple engagements. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs, troubleshoot issues, enhance their NetSuite configuration, and help them evolve their platform post-implementation. What You’ll Do Client Advisory & Support Serve as the primary functional expert for assigned clients, providing ongoing support across Finance, Order Management, Procurement, Inventory, Projects, or other applicable modules. Manage and prioritize a queue of support requests, enhancement needs, and small-scale projects. Conduct regular system reviews and recommend optimization opportunities aligned with client business goals. Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide timely and accurate resolutions. Configuration & Solution Delivery Design, configure, and deploy NetSuite enhancements including workflows, forms, saved searches, dashboards, KPIs, and custom records. Collaborate with technical teams for custom scripts, integrations, and complex solution design.
