Our Company BrightSpring Health Services Overview The Technical Product Manager – Business Intelligence serves as the strategic and technical leader for BI initiatives, combining product ownership with hands-on data and analytics expertise. This role drives the BI roadmap, manages sprint planning, supports developer growth, and ensures delivery of high‑quality data products that empower business decision‑making. The TPM partners closely with BI Developers, Data Engineering, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into actionable solutions, with a strong emphasis on Databricks, modern data platforms, and scalable analytics. Responsibilities Product Ownership & Strategy · Own and maintain the Business Intelligence product roadmap with supporting BI Manager, aligning priorities with organizational goals, priorities, and stakeholder needs. · Lead and organize sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management for BI developers · Translate business requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications for BI developers and data engineers. · Drive continuous improvement of BI products, ensuring usability, scalability, and alignment with business outcomes. · Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, BI developers, and IT Management.
