Senior Business System Analyst

Our Company BrightSpring Health Services Overview The Business Systems Analyst - SR serves as a subject matter expert for Homecare Homebase (HCHB) and related clinical applications. This role is responsible for providing technical support, optimization of systems, processes, implementing system enhancements, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The analyst collaborates across teams to maintain system integrity, improve operational efficiency, and support clinical staff through training and technical guidance. Responsibilities Act as a subject matter expert on HCHB and other clinical systems, focusing on workflow optimization and documentation improvements. Provide technical support and guidance to maintain system integrity and performance. Implement system changes and enhancements, including release management, clinical form updates, workflow adjustments, service codes, table setups, and integrations. Manage and resolve HCHB/Pointcare incidents and service requests via ServiceNow; escalate issues to vendors when necessary and monitor resolution. Collaborate with IT teams to assess the impact of system changes on service desk ticket volume. Foster positive, collaborative relationships with internal teams and external vendors. Support projects involving the implementation or expansion of clinical applications. Provide training and education on HCHB functionality and related systems.
