Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Workday Subject Matter Expert to lead Workday implementation. This role will be responsible for end-to-end program delivery, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders and implementation partners, and ensuring a successful transition to a scalable, standalone HR technology environment. The ideal candidate has extensive experience delivering complex Workday implementations, strong technical and business acumen, and the ability to drive execution in a fast-paced, evolving organization. Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end Workday implementation, from program planning and solution design through deployment, go-live, and stabilization. Own program scope, timelines, budget, milestones, dependencies, risks, and overall delivery quality. Coordinate cross-functional teams across Enterprise IT, HR, Finance, Security, and external implementation partners. Oversee integrations with SAP, Okta, Concur, Ashby, and other enterprise platform
