Position: Business Intelligence & Analytics Manager Supervisors: Business Intelligence & Analytics Director and the Job Type: Full-time Job Description: Under the direction of the Business Intelligence & Analytics Director, the Business Intelligence & Analytics Manager is responsible for supporting and executing the agency’s reporting, dashboarding, and analytics initiatives. This role partners cross-functionally with Client Services, Operations, and Field Leadership to ensure accurate reporting, actionable insights, and consistent KPI tracking. This position is highly hands-on and focused on dashboard development, reporting optimization, data aggregation, data integrity, and analytics support to help drive operational and client success. The Business Intelligence & Analytics Manager will support the ongoing enhancement of reporting tools, data processes, and analytics workflows.
