Our mission is to make quality pulmonary rehabilitation accessible, empowering patients to take control of their respiratory health from the comfort of their own homes. We use a multidisciplinary model — PTs, respiratory therapists, and nurse practitioners — supported by a remote therapeutic monitoring platform built specifically for this population. The Role We're looking for experienced Physical Therapists to join our remote care team as 1099 contractors. You'll be working with a medically complex population — primarily COPD, ILD, and other chronic lung conditions — conducting functional assessments and developing individualized strategies to help patients move better through breathing strategies, activity pacing, strengthening, and cardiovascular exercise. Pulmonary-specific experience is not required. Our compensated onboarding program covers the pathophysiology, symptom management principles, and treatment strategies you need to work confidently with this population before you see your first patient.
