Our mission is to make quality pulmonary rehabilitation accessible, empowering patients to take control of their respiratory health from the comfort of their own homes. We use a multidisciplinary model — NPs, physical therapists, and respiratory therapists — supported by a remote therapeutic monitoring platform built specifically for this population. The Role We are looking for an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our virtual care team. BreatheSuite NPs conduct telehealth evaluations and provide ongoing management for patients across the spectrum of chronic lung conditions — including COPD, ILD, and post-COVID — while overseeing respiratory therapists and collaborating with physical therapists as part of a multidisciplinary care team.
