Provider Success Lead, Physical Therapy Work Structure: Fully Remote Reports To: Head of Clinical License Requirements: Active PT license About BreatheSuite BreatheSuite delivers virtual pulmonary rehabilitation to patients with chronic lung conditions, including COPD and ILD. Our multidisciplinary team of physical therapists, respiratory therapists, and nurse practitioners provides care through telehealth and a remote therapeutic monitoring platform built for this population. The Role This role exists to make our physical therapists successful: prepared for their first session and clinically supported through every stage after it. You’ll bring cardiopulmonary expertise to the PT team by mentoring therapists on patient care, leading the clinical content in BreatheSuite University, and guiding new PTs through onboarding. A core goal is building a system that scales. As we grow, each new PT should need less hands-on support to get started and to find answers. You’ll do that by turning the questions PTs ask, and the clinical gaps you see, into training and resources they can use on their own. When hiring is active, more of your time goes to guiding new PTs to their first patient. When it slows down, the focus shifts to strengthening clinical content, resources, and process.
