Job Functions: Lead the requirements lifecycle for complex ServiceNow initiatives—partnering with government stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and validate functional and technical needs. Translate strategic business goals into scalable, compliant ServiceNow solutions that align with federal standards and agency mission priorities. Own the design and documentation of end-to-end business processes, workflows, functional specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria. G
