About the Role We’re looking for an experienced SEO Specialist who knows how to bring the right people to the right pages — and make sure they stick around. In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving organic growth through smart strategy, technical know-how, and a deep understanding of how people search online. You won’t just be chasing rankings — you’ll be shaping full user journeys, working with designers, developers, and content teams to turn search traffic into real results. If you're equal parts data nerd and content enthusiast, this might be the role for you. What You’ll Be Doing SEO Strategy & Execution Research keywords and user intent to guide content and site structure decisions. Optimize pages for search engines and users — think meta tags, headers, internal links, schema markup, etc. Run technical SEO audits and team up with devs to fix site speed, crawlability, mobile issues, and more. Track and analyze performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog. Collaborate with content creators and designers to make sure SEO works hand-in-hand with user experience and conversion goals. Keep an eye on Google updates and SEO trends to keep strategies fresh and effective. Collaboration & Strategy Work with design and dev teams during website projects to make sure SEO is baked in from the start.
