In the HR Generalist position, you will be responsible for: Recruitment & Onboarding Work closely with the recruitment team, get involved in complex cases, and support the hiring of key specialists: Leads, Heads, and C-level. Develop and improve onboarding for Media Buying, VIP, and other areas. Retention & Team Health Conduct regular 1:1s and health checks, analyze the reasons for attrition, and identify the risks of losing key people. Provide the CEO with a transparent picture of the team's state and propose specific solutions to increase engagement and retention of team members. HR Operations Coordinate HR processes: team changes, vacations, sick leaves, and offboarding in line with company policies. Prepare HR reporting and freelancer payment requests, optimize manual processes, and implement solutions to automate them.
