Category: Business Support Location: Position Title: Architect – Medical & Commercial Fit-Outs Work Set-up: Work From Home Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 am – 2:30 pm PH Time Salary: Php 55,000 – Php 65,000 About the Role We are seeking an experienced architect registered or licensed in the Philippines, with strong interior design and construction documentation skills who can support our client in delivering medical and commercial fit-out projects including medical centers, dental clinics, pathology facilities, pharmacies, offices and retail spaces. The successful candidate will work closely with our Client’s Australian project management team to develop practical designs and prepare accurate, coordinated drawing packages for client review, contractor pricing, approval submissions and construction. This position requires someone who can take a project brief, existing drawings and marked-up instructions, develop the design, and resolve the details needed to build it. The projects to be handled include new fit-outs within empty tenancies and renovations to existing premises.
