Upselling Specialist (maternity cover)

As an Upselling Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting and selling additional features in Booksy Biz according to company guidelines, as well as maintaining and growing the customer base. Your tasks will include researching customer needs and gathering relevant information, conducting sales calls (phone and online), and presenting the full range of available additional options to active Booksy users who meet specific criteria. Requirements: Apply if you have about 2-4 years of telesales experience, possess knowledge and skills in sales techniques, know Salesforce or another CRM system, and have a communicative level of English. It will be an additional plus if you have experience gained in the sector.
