We believe that joy is for everyone. Position Overview: The Demand Planning Analyst II maintains reliable demand forecasts and the systems and processes that support them. This position works closely with Sales, Category Insights, Purchasing, and Production Planning to translate business inputs into an actionable demand plan and communicates changes, assumptions, risks, and opportunities. The Demand Planning Analyst combines detailed analytical work with cross-functional partnership. Key Responsibilities Essential Job Functions: Develops and maintains a 24-month demand plan for Bob’s Red Mill finished products using historical trends, POS data, indirect sales, seasonality, statistical forecasts, and business intelligence. Collaborates with Sales, Marketing, and Category Insights to incorporate promotions, distribution changes, customer wins and losses, market trends, and new product expectations.
