Sr. Architecture Governance Analyst

We are hiring a Sr Architecture Governance Analyst at BCBST! Join our Strategy and Architecture team and play a key role in how AI is evaluated, governed, and adopted across the organization. In this role, you will own and evolve AI governance workflows, coordinate complex reviews and approvals, and bring together technology, procurement, compliance, and senior leaders to support effective oversight of AI technologies and AI-enabled solutions. You’ll have the opportunity to strengthen a governance process, connect it with related enterprise functions, and independently identify and drive improvements as AI adoption continues to evolve. To be successful, you’ll bring strong process management and facilitation skills, a high degree of ownership and accountability, and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders through complex workflows. Strong candidates will have broad enterprise technology knowledge, an understanding of AI concepts and technologies, experience engaging senior leadership, and a track record of improving governance or operational processes. Experience with compliance, audit, policy, or regulatory considerations within a large IT organization is preferred. Note: This is a remote, work-from-home position, but the final round of interviews will take place on-site in our Chattanooga, TN office. The role is primarily aligned to Eastern Time business hours, approximately 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. ET. Limited travel may be required as needed. Sponsorship is not availab
