Senior AI Engineer

BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee is hiring a Senior AI Engineer within our Facets Claims, Integrations & Operations and BlueCard/ITS division. This fully remote, newly created role will help establish the AI integration and automation foundation for Core Payer Applications. You'll lead the design and development of AI platform capabilities, MCP (Model Context Protocol) services, and enterprise integrations that connect AI agents with business applications, APIs, and data sources. Working at the intersection of healthcare operations and artificial intelligence, you'll play a key role in shaping how technologies are extended for our mission-critical applications and adopted across our organization.
