Associate Business Analyst

We are hiring an Associate Business Analyst in Operational Oversight – Compliance at BCBST! In this role, you will support Operational Oversight and Compliance initiatives through operational reporting, data analysis, process oversight, and Excel-based reporting , with a focus on TennCare Employment and Community First CHOICES (ECF CHOICES) and Long Term Services and Supports (LTSS) . As a key member of the Operational Oversight – Compliance team, you will monitor data to meet timeliness and compliance standards, assist with external audits, identify potential issues, and support the development of solutions and process improvements that enhance efficiency and resource utilization. The Associate Business Analyst partners closely with internal teams and stakeholders to support compliance activities, audit reviews, operational reporting, and ongoing process improvement efforts. You will help analyze data, investigate identified issues, recommend process improvements, and support efforts to ensure operational activities align with established contractual and regulatory requirements. To be successful in this role, you'll bring 3+ years of experience in data analysis, compliance, or audit review, along with strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
