Senior Project Manager

Position Overview The Senior Project Manager independently leads complex projects and engagements across multiple workstreams, stakeholder groups, vendors, and delivery dependencies. This role integrates scope, schedule, budget, quality, resources, governance, and change into a coherent delivery approach, using sound judgment to navigate ambiguity, manage tradeoffs, and maintain momentum when plans or assumptions change. The role anticipates delivery risks, facilitates difficult tradeoff and recovery discussions, and gives senior stakeholders clear, decision-ready recommendations. It also mentors project managers and strengthens governance and delivery discipline while remaining focused on assigned projects rather than assuming ownership of a broader program or account portfolio. Location: Remote – United States Key Responsibilities Complex Project Delivery Independently own delivery of complex projects and engagements with minimal oversight, aligning delivery activities to intended client outcomes. Build and maintain integrated plans across workstreams, milestones, teams, vendors, and dependencies; coordinate cross-functional contributors through ambiguity and changing priorities. Apply sound judgment to scope, schedule, budget, quality, resource, commercial, and delivery-recovery tradeoffs as conditions change.
