Supplier Enablement Specialist

Our client is a leading financial services organization supporting businesses with commercial payment solutions. They are seeking a Supplier Enablement Specialist to help business customers transition supplier payments from traditional paper checks to electronic payment methods, including commercial card and ACH. In this role, you will conduct supplier outreach, explain approved electronic payment options, facilitate enrollment, and coordinate with business customers and internal teams to resolve questions and manage exceptions. The ideal candidate brings direct supplier enablement experience, professional phone and email communication skills, and the ability to manage a high volume of cases accurately while supporting broader payment conversion goals.
