We are looking for a hands-on Senior AI Engineer in Argentina to design, build, and deliver cutting-edge AI-powered features within a Microsoft Azure environment. This role sits at the intersection of applied AI, backend engineering, and product development, and is ideal for someone who thrives on turning ideas into production-ready intelligent systems on the Microsoft stack. Key Responsibilities Build and deliver AI-powered features based on functional and technical requirements provided by TPMs and Principal AI Engineers Develop end-to-end AI solutions, including backend services, APIs, and application-layer integrations, deployed on Azure App Service, Azure Functions, or AKS Integrate large language models (LLMs) into production systems via Azure OpenAI Service, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability Design, test, and optimize prompts to improve output quality and consistency, using Azure AI Studio for prompt experimentation and evaluation Collaborate with ML Engineers to embed models trained or fine-tuned on proprietary data — via Azure Machine Learning — into applications Participate in model evaluation and validation, ensuring outputs meet quality, accuracy
