Business Systems Manager

Birdbuddy is on a mission to reconnect people with nature through beautifully designed smart bird feeders and companion technology. We combine physical product manufacturing with recurring software revenue from our connected ecosystem, and we run the business on NetSuite: finance and close, inventory and supply chain, order management and fulfillment, and the integrations behind them. We need an accountable owner who understands what the business needs from that system and can get it built. As Business Systems Manager, you own the strategy and execution that the company’s ERP system supports company growth and increases efficiency. You understand the top-level business objectives, gather what each function needs, and manage the development and adoption roadmap. You need to understand B2C omnichannel hardware-software business model in the startup-scaleup stage, with emphasis on finance and supply chain. What you will own The mandate.
