Senior Business Consultant - Processes

Responsibilities: • Execute diagnostics based on data analysis, KPIs, etc., for business areas across companies in various segments; • Develop presentations (managerial and executive) detailing the results of the process diagnostic and build the final presentation; • Define and value initiatives for improving the studied processes, design implementation plans, and monitor achieved results; • Conduct interviews and workshops with area stakeholders for process mapping, identification of deviations/bottlenecks, and root causes; • Support project scope control and escalation management to ensure adherence to timelines and scope; • Work as part of a team with strong communication assertiveness; • Act as the project reference, proposing solutions and proactively supporting project demands; • Interact with the project team, the client, and other stakeholders for needs diagnosis and solution design review, being capable of defining/executing stakeholder engagement strategies and development.
