Energy & Utilities Consultant (Studies and Electrical Grid)

We are looking for an Energy & Utilities Consultant to drive change and transformation in the sector, focusing mainly on electrical grid studies. Responsibilities: Drive the transformation of client operations by structuring challenges for resolution together with leadership and the project team; Work on specific projects within your area of expertise or broad consulting and problem-solving initiatives, supporting multidisciplinary teams on challenging projects; When necessary, travel and work on-site with the client to gather data and assist in coordinating actions; Collaborate with other areas of the organization and multidisciplinary teams to solve problems across different sectors; Map automation and software solution requirements to solve business problems and support technology teams in delivering an effective solution; Conduct structured interviews with technical teams, prepare technical reports, and present them to the client; Read and interpret technical engineering, construction, maintenance, reliability, regulatory reports, and others related to the electrical sector; Understand the technical context and evaluate project improvement actions for services, systems, processes, and the business structure; Engage with project stakeholders regarding different technical, business, and management viewpoints; Collaborate in an innovative environment with global teams to co-create solutions for the client. Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering
