Senior SuccessFactors Employee Central Specialist

This is a remote position. BGTS International Business Unit is looking for an experienced Senior SuccessFactors Employee Central Specialist to join our growing team based in Turkey, the UK, and the EU. Our teams support many clients across different industries in the UK and EU, delivering innovative HR technology solutions and transformation projects. RESPONSIBILITIES Area of responsibility Detailed description of main activities Module Ownership Serve as the primary owner of the Employee Central module, Maintain data standards, and configuration documentation. Define and enforce best practices for system usage across HR and other business units Configuration & Continuous Improvement Customizing and configuring the system to ensure proper functionality and alignment with functional specifications. Managing projects related to the deployment of new features, modules, and enhancements within the SAP HXM ecosystem. Analyze HR process requirements and translate them into system configurations. Identify opportunities for process automation, simplification, and enhancement. Support & Issue Resolution Act as the Tier 2/Tier 3 expert to troubles
