Backend / Full Stack Engineer

What You’ll Work On• Backend systems powering logistics, dispatch, and real-time operations • APIs that connect partners, mobile clients, and internal systems • Optimization of routing, scheduling, and service efficiency • Performance, reliability, and scalability of production systems Requirements Key Responsibilities Design and build scalable backend services and APIs Develop and ship features end-to-end with strong ownership Debug and resolve production issues across multiple layers of the stack Optimize database queries, caching, and system performance Collaborate with product and operations teams to solve real-world problems Evaluate and adopt new technologies where appropriate Required Experience Strong backend development experience Hands-on experience building APIs and production systems Proven track record of delivering projects end-to-end Ability to debug issues across services and layers Strong ownership mindset and attention to quality Benefits Flexi
