REPORTING RESPONSIBILITY AND LOCATION This candidate will join our team remotely from the Philippines, work during U.S. Pacific business hours, and report directly to the Senior Managing Director. R ESPONSIBILITIES Including, but are not limited to: Leadership & Management Supervise and mentor the recruiting team, providing guidance and performance feedback. Oversee daily recruiting activities and ensure positions are filled within the desired timeline. Assist with the onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new consultants in the Philippines. Assist in monitoring the active engagement of consultants in the Philippines.
