Completed degree in logistics or completed training in logistics. 3-5 years of professional experience in dispatching and operational transport management. Friendly demeanor and good communication with delivery partners and customers. Reliability, hands-on mentality, and assertiveness. Experience using logistics software. Fluent German in spoken and written, basic English knowledge. Home-office first, no mandatory office presence. Responsibility and independence right from the start.
