Entry-level Staff Consultant - LGPG - PRL

Overview The Local Government Practice Group's Parks, Recreation, and Libraries Practice is seeking a Staff Consultant to join our team. Our consulting team provides a broad range of project support, helping local and state government agencies address organizational and management needs within the parks, recreation, and library sectors. We have partnered with hundreds of government agencies across the United States and understand the unique challenges of the public sector, including fiscal constraints and a steadfast commitment to serving their communities. Upon joining our team, you will receive guidance and mentorship from the supervisor, consultant, or principal leading each engagement within our Local Government Practice. Your work will be closely supported through structured coaching, training, and regular feedback. With the guidance of experienced team members, you will gain a strong understanding of the firm's systems, operations, and client relationships. We are looking for individuals who demonstrate flexibility, curiosity, have strong analytical skills, and a desire to learn and grow professionally. This is a remote position.
