Job Description: Communicate and convey medical information under the guidance of company policies and procedures, organize and participate in various academic seminars and other academic activities. Identify the sales potential, priorities, and strategies of the assigned territory, and formulate corresponding execution plans. Establish good relationships with clients and maintain the company image. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and superiors to develop and proactively initiate medical information delivery activities in the assigned territory. Strictly manage sales behavior to ensure that daily sales work fully complies with company policies, industry standards, and relevant laws. Qualification Required: Excellent communication skills, strong willingness to learn, and innovative thinking. High performance-oriented, positive and proactive work attitude, and strong stress-tolerance.
