We manage large multi-domain and multi-language platforms in international markets within highly competitive niches. Nothing scales manually there, so we automate everything that is repetitive. This is not a "fix meta tags by a checklist" kind of job. The main goal here is to build systems that maintain optimization across hundreds of thousands of pages and operate without manual intervention. We need someone who can independently identify the core problem and solve it without a step-by-step technical specification. Requirements 4+ years of technical SEO experience focused on Google for large projects: from tens of thousands of URLs, multi-language or multi-domain setups; Deep understanding of how Googlebot crawls and renders pages: Web Rendering Service, rendering queue, difference between raw HTML and rendered version; Confident use of Google Search Console: indexing and crawling reports.
