About the Role
We are looking for the person who will be the technical reference in AI-native software engineering at Bemobi: someone who defines how teams specify, delegate to AI agents, and verify what is delivered, without compromising the fundamentals of architecture, quality, and security. This position is responsible for agent-assisted development standards—specs, context, guardrails, verification, and shared harness—and the reliability of what goes into production. They operate in development and operations, measuring success by business and user outcomes, not by the volume of code generated. #BeABemober 💙🚀 Specification and context: define the standard for verifiable specs—pre- and post-conditions, invariants, Given/When/Then—and maintain the context that agents use (prompts, skills, and constraints). Decomposition and orchestration: break complex problems into units that an agent executes and a human can verify, coordinating multiple agents, isolated worktrees, and handoffs. Delegation policy: define with teams what is delegated to AI (what is easy to verify, low risk, or repetitive) and what remains with people (design, product decisions, and organizational context). Verification: establish the testing strategy, evals, mutation testing, and benchmarks, and shift code review to focus on intent and risk, which scales with the volume generated by agents. Deterministic guardrails: ensure rigorous CI, branch protection, CODEOWNERS, small batches, and easy rollback as the baseline.
