General Description: Lead program management for oncology drug development and product lifecycle management. Partner with Team Lead to lead development of global product development strategies. Establish clear processes for program team management and communication. Drive strategic team decision-making and delivery of team goals and objectives. Lead process improvement initiatives and optimize team efficiency, quality and performance. Collaborate with team to deliver on commitments to the organization and to patients. Essential Functions of the job: Plan and execute projects in accordance with the global asset development strategy. Facilitate alignment with key functions and stakeholders and ensure communication across project team. Develop, validate, and maintain integrated project plan(s) within the enterprise project system. Provide visuals of project plans for use with teams and other stakeholders. Ensure team understanding, alignment and achievement of key goals, milestones and deliverables.
