Mediate communication between airlines and travel agencies (national and international), ensuring the execution of services and sales. Make reservations, rebookings, recalculations, and ticket issuances using systems provided by the company. Request additional services such as seat selection, special meals, and other complementary requests. Monitor air reservations by applying procedures, guidelines, and best practices focused on profitability, cost reduction, and sales growth. Use the maisFLY, FlyGuru, and Wiki portals to consult and track airline policies and conditions, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in processes.
